I tried to book an appointment, but it felt like the whole process was working against me. The available times were all inconvenient, and using the site just made it more frustrating. Maybe it’s fine for other people, but for me it ended up feeling like way too much hassle for something that should’ve been simple.

For the most part, the equipment works fine day to day, which is good. It does break down sometimes though, and that makes me a little unsure about depending on it. I’d feel a lot more confident if it was just a bit more consistent.

I had a really good experience at autospa.com. The staff were friendly, professional, and actually easy to talk to, which I always appreciate. They explained everything in a way that made sense and didn’t make me feel rushed or confused. Everyone I spoke with was polite and seemed like they knew exactly what they were doing. Weirdly, I remember there was a tiny squeaky sound from the front door every time someone walked in, but even that somehow made the place feel more relaxed. Overall, the whole visit was simple, stress free, and I’d definitely go back.

Took my car in for a detail here. Honestly… not great. There was still dirt in the corners, streaks left on the windows, and the seats barely looked any different. Just felt rushed, like they didn’t really take the time. For the price, I expected better. I wouldn’t come back for detailing.

The pricing seems fair for the service they list. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but it doesn’t feel overpriced either. I’d probably still compare a couple other places before booking, just to be sure, but overall it seemed like... yeah, decent value.

I canceled my membership already, but I’m still getting charged for it. Not sure why this is still happening, and frustrating it is.

As soon as I walked in, the place just felt dirty. The floors looked grimy, and the bins were already overflowing, so it was hard to feel comfortable there after that first impression.
